If I install windows 7 or 10 X 64 bit I have the next problem: - whether download the video card driver from manufacturer's website and install it manually or with NVIDIA GeForce Experience the monitor screen goes black.
The system doesnt restart and I had to do it manually. After the restart, video card appears installed in device manager but with a warning sign. on desktop wallpaper streaks appear and do not work Aero interface. Locks the controls: keyboard, mouse. Monitor resolution is fixed very low and everything seems wrong on the screen.
At manually install the video card driver, it does not recognize my video card ID. I tried a trick and the driver finally passed that test compatibility but still video card appears with a warning sign in device manager and seems wrong on the screen. I never did a BIOS update and if I have to do this, please let me know which option to choose from the motherboard manufacturer website. In control panel I have power options Balanced plan not High performance. Please help me and give me an answer.
Any help is welcome. Have a nice day!
Hi John, Sorry for the delay in response, Sometimes you may see this error message: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43). This usually means that the driver has lost communication with the drive or the driver has crashed.
Please follow the steps below and see if it helps to resolve the issue. Right click Start, click Device Manager, click Device Manager. Device Manager opens with your computer name at the top and a list of devices that are installed on your computer beneath your computer name. Locate the malfunctioning device in the list of devices, right-click the device, and then click Uninstall. When a warning message appears that you are uninstalling a device from your system, click OK. Device manager uninstalls the device. Right-click your computer name in Device Manager and click Scan for hardware changes.
Drivers directx 8.1. Using outdated or corrupt DirectX 8.1 drivers can cause system errors, crashes, and cause your computer or hardware to fail.
Device manager scans your system and automatically reinstalls your device. Right-click the device and click Properties. On the General tab of the device Properties dialog box, in Device status, you should see the message This device is working properly. Hope this helps.
If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help. Deepak Krishnan R.
